Responsibilities
Roofing Foreman
Lead and supervise roofing crews on residential projects
Maintain project quality , safety , and schedule standards
Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
Ensure all work meets local codes and company qualityexpectations

Roofers
Execute high-quality roof installations with precision and consistency
Work with various materials including concrete tile, asphalt shingles, cedar, andmetal
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow safety guidelines and installation procedures carefully

Candidate Profile
Successful candidates typically have the following traits:
A steady, professional work ethic
Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
Comfort with physical work and roofing environments
A team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
Leadership mindset (for Foremen) with the ability to motivate and lead a team

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential roofing
Foremen must have proven experience managing teams and roofing projects
U.S. citizen or valid work visa required
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Must pass drug testing and background check (no recent DUIs or felonies)
Physically able to lift/carry 80+ lbs and work on roofs and ladders
English proficiency preferred
