Position: HVAC Installer
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-House
Location: Based in Tempe, AZ jobs dispatched locally

What Youll Be Doing:
Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (package units, split systems, ductless mini splits, etc.)
Perform start-ups, testing, and system commissioning
Complete trim-outs, seal and insulate ductwork
Ensure job sites are clean, professional, and meet customer expectations
Collaborate with dispatch and support staff to stay efficient and on schedule
Follow company procedures for safety, install quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
3+ years HVAC install experience (residential/light commercial)
EPA Certification (required)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attic or roof environments
Team player with a positive attitude
Must be organized, reliable, and solution-oriented
Strong communication and time management skills
