Responsibilities may include:
Overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish
Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
Maintaining a safe and organized worksite
Performing hands-on work in various trades as needed (e.g., framing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, finishing work)
Problem-solving and adapting to project challenges

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carpenter or foreman in a similar role within construction
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and safety regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
