Job Summary
Operate and coordinate loading and unloading shipments and deliveries of company assets onto tractor trailers. Move internal materials weighing up to 15,000 pounds with asymmetrical shapes to different areas of staging. Ability to prioritize and keep material traceability documentation.

Essential Functions

  • Operating various warehouse machinery verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Labeling all product and placing them accordingly
  • Loading and unloading large company assets onto semi-trailers
  • Identifying and locating the right products during the production process
  • Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance
  • Ability to receive and check in pipe and verify Material Tracking Reports align with pipe material. Review MTR paperwork with QC and Administrative Assistant.
  • Prepare internal paperwork when shipment of material to coaters.
  • Moving heavy warehouse material in and out of x-ray.
  • Take photos of material loaded on truck(s) that are going to job site.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing materials.
  • Change fuel tanks on forklift.
  • Empty trash hoppers throughout the plant as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications For Position

  • Ability to be certified on various forklifts and manlifts within 2 weeks of hire.
  • 5+ years knowledge and experience operating various warehouse machinery verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Have working knowledge of proper loading and placement of material on trailer to satisfy legal restrictions as to axle weight.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift objects weighing between 50-100 pounds
  • Ability to load and unload oversized materials on semis
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Strapping and rigging training completion upon hire
  • Overhead crane training completion upon hire
  • Data entry, math, and computer skills
  • Gas Industry experience
  • Knowledge with Microsoft products, Word, excel, email, and Smartsheet Gas Industry experience
  • 2+ years of material handling experience

Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Salary Range*:

$67,900.00 - $101,900.00

*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidates skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience , as well as internal pay equity .
