Hitachi Energy is seeking a dynamicPlant Operations Managerto oversee our growing production facility in Richland, MS. This site supports our High Voltage business unit, delivering a wide range of voltage products critical to global energy infrastructure.

How You'll Make an Impact

Lead the execution of short- to mid-term manufacturing strategies

Oversee daily operations across production, engineering, and planning

Champion lean management and continuous improvement initiatives

Drive innovation in manufacturing process development

Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership

Solve complex challenges with data-driven decision-making

Manage budgets and contribute to business profitability

Your Background

Proven experience in manufacturing and production operations

Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams

Expertise in lean management and process optimization

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Background in production engineering or related technical fields

Experience with profit & loss responsibility is a plus
