Forklift Operator - First Shift Opportunity Omaha, NE | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Benefits Day One $18-$25/hr | Pay Depending on Experience About the Role We're hiring a dependable Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations including order picking, material staging, and loading/unloading trucks. You'll also have the opportunity to learn overhead crane operation and assist the Lead Operator in daily tasks. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Pick and stage feedstock for fulfillment orders Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific packaging Operate sit-down or side loader forklifts to move materials Learn and assist with overhead crane operations Complete SAP work order confirmations and shipping/receiving documentation Support productivity and quality in finished goods preparation Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring 2+ years of forklift and material handling experience 1+ year operating side loader forklifts Overhead crane experience preferred (training available) Basic math and computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality Additional Qualifications 1 year of similar warehouse experience preferred Must pass a physical exam (vision, hearing, mobility) Schedule & Flexibility Primary Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM May occasionally cover: 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM Mid Shift: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Flexibility is essential Work Environment Warehouse setting with a safety-first culture Dress code: jeans and appropriate work tee (no offensive logos) PPE provided: steel toe boots, hard hat, gloves, cut-resistant sleeves Why Work Here $18-$25/hr depending on experience Benefits start Day One 5 days of PTO immediately, with up to 15 additional days earned annually Weekly pay Long-term opportunity with training and growth potential Apply Today!!
