Responsibilities:

Use our internal database software to map out and call pre-scheduled clients the night before to narrow down time windows of arrival.
Accurately measure all rooms with provided Windows tablet and laser tape measure, entering the information into our digital estimation software.
Identify and label existing flooring types, subfloor composition, baseboard type, and other relevant details.
Determine if the job is within the scope of work for the selected flooring type.
Engage with clients in their homes to understand their needs and provide professional advice.
Maintain contact with customers and our home office throughout the day to ensure a positive experience.
Stay updated with new products and installation methods in the flooring industry.
Requirements:

Must pass a criminal background check.
A valid Drivers License.
Must be 18 years of age.
