Experienced Vinyl Sign Maker - FlexiPRO Operator

Central Business Marketing is a growing sign shop seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Vinyl Sign Maker and Production Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for creating high-quality signage.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain vinyl cutters/plotters and large format printers.
- Proficient use of FlexiPRO software for design, layout, and production.
- Weed, mask, and apply vinyl graphics to various substrates (e.g., coroplast, aluminum, windows, vehicles).
- Prepare and finish signs for installation.
- Perform quality control checks on all completed work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with other shop duties as needed.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Occasionally assist with sign installations on-site (if applicable - adjust as needed).

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a vinyl sign maker or similar production role.
- Demonstrable proficiency with FlexiPRO software is a must.
- Experience with other graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) a plus but not required if strong in FlexiPRO.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and design specifications.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable for installations).
