Remodeling & Renovation Carpenters & Subs

Looking for experienced remodeling & renovation carpenters or subcontractors

Location: Various Project Locations

Schedule: Monday through Friday (Typically 8-10 hour days)

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on position and experience), or contract

Job Description Carpenter:
Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using various materials
Fit and install window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, and interior and/or exterior trim
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
Build, inspect, repair and/or replace cabinets, doors, frameworks, ceiling, floor tile, wall coverings, siding, or window
Build rough wooden structures such as concrete forms, and scaffolds
Build, construct, install and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard
Utilize blueprints or technical diagrams following state or local building codes

Requirements:
Attention to detail (in quality of work and communication)
Reading and interpreting plans
Ability to operate various hand tools, shop tools and power tools
Ability to operate construction equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, etc.)
Must be able to adapt to new construction methods
Must be able to complete electronic daily job report logs with photos
Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools for the trade
Have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Have tools of the trades
Promote, maintain and adhere to OSHA regulations
