PT handyman - rental properties - Austin

Hello,

I am looking for a part time handy man to service a portfolio of rental properties in the Austin and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate would be proficient in:
- light plumbing repairs (toilet fill valves, sink drains, leak repair, water heater / dishwasher installs, etc)
- light electrical (ceiling fan install, etc)
- drywall and texture
- painting
- general handy man (lock changes, light bulbs, mailboxes, any and everything else related to property maintenance.
- ability to fix things, attention detail, willing to think outside the box to accomplish the end goal, problem solving.

Our end goal is to deliver a housing product that we would be proud to have our own family live in. So our maintenance, repairs, and installations must reflect that mission at all times. You must be professional in appearance, demeanor, language, etc.

We are a small, but growing company that is aggressively expanding and expect this to grow into a full time position at some point.
We can be very flexible since we know you will have other jobs/clients.

You must have verifiable experience and reliable transportation.
