General Laborer - Macon, MO - FOUR DAY WORK WEEKS!

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Macon, MO

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour (1st Shift) and $16.00 per hour (2nd Shift)

What's the Job?

• Preparing the machine for startup needs
• Loading and operating the machine
• Receiving and inspecting finished parts from the machine
• Delivering finished parts to the next process
• Completing all related documentation and cleaning the area at the end of each shift

What's Needed?

• Basic arithmetic/math skills
• Ability to focus on a single task (repetitive tasks)
• Capability to work on your feet all day
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in operating and maintaining machines
