About the Role

Telepath LLC is looking for a skilled Fiber Splicing Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in enterprise and FTTH projects. Youll join a precision-driven team delivering quality splicing services across San Diego County.

Key Responsibilities
Fusion splice single & multi-mode fiber (ribbon and loose tube)
Complete cutsheets and as-builts accurately
Use OTDRs, power meters, and splicing tools (e.g., Fujikura 70S+)
Troubleshoot fiber issues in field environments
Work on aerial, underground, and MDU installations
Submit clean daily reports and field logs
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency work

What Were Looking For
2+ years of verifiable fiber splicing experience
Clean drivers license + reliable transportation
Familiarity with bucket truck and pole/lift safety
Strong work ethic and communication skills
Able to work independently and with a crew
