Carpenter - Sher Construction Ltd

Sher Construction Ltd. is a well established general contractor working with various construction projects that include framing, fencing, decking, drywall installation and basement development. The company has an immediate opening for 2 (two) experienced Carpenters. The candidates duties include:
Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements;

Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed;
Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements;
Build window frames, doors, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items;
Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance;
Build scaffolding and other construction structures.
Education: No certificate or diploma is required.

Requirements and qualifications:
At least 2-years experience;
Hand-eye co-ordination;
Bending, crouching, kneeling
Own Tools/Equipment: Safety glasses/goggles, Hard hat
Number of vacancies: 2

Compensation: $29.50 per hour for 30-44 hours of work per week; overtime paid as X1.5.
