General Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable with a record of strong attendance, willingness to learn, and positive attitude. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be utilized. You will be trained in multiple departments, as needed, as well as completing general labor duties.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide general labor assistance to all departments

- Must be able to perform manual labor

- Assist the plant manager with required maintenance that may need performed

- Operate production equipment

- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times

- Ability to change duties throughout the day

- Work independently and/or as a team taking ownership of assigned tasks

- Understand and follow oral instructions

**Qualifications:**

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be motivated and possess a good work ethic

- Attendance is key - reliable transportation and willingness to work is essential

- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time

- Must have the ability to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion, up to 50 pounds frequently

M-F 7:00 - 3:30; pay will be based on experience
