Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
Join a local, family-owned company in Montoursville, PA, specializing in crafting lift chairs for the elderly. This role involves assembly work and operating machinery such as drilling machines and routers. You'll also handle 4x8 sheets of plywood, cutting them with precision. Proficiency with basic hand and power tools is essential. The job requires repetitive tasks, but comprehensive training is provided. Flexibility to cross-train and the ability to stand for 8-hour shifts are necessary.
**Responsibilities**

+ Operate drilling machines and routers to cut plywood sheets accurately.
+ Utilize basic hand and power tools in daily tasks.
+ Cross-train in various roles to enhance versatility.
+ Maintain a consistent workflow during 8-hour shifts.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production and machine operation.
+ Proficiency in assembly work.
+ Ability to operate saws and similar machinery.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Reliable and willing to learn new skills.
+ Ability to work independently in a repetitive task environment.
