Press Brake Operator**
**Job Description**
In this role, candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating press brakes. You will work on various press brakes depending on the job requirements. Your tasks will include reviewing work orders, gathering necessary materials and tooling, setting up the machine, and running parts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate press brakes.
+ Work on a variety of press brakes based on job specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to execute accurate setups.
+ Gather necessary materials and tooling for each job.
+ Ensure the accurate running of parts on the machine.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with press brake operation.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Ability to set up machines for production.
+ Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in fabrication.
+ Capability to learn and adapt to different machinery.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a typical manufacturing setting featuring a mix of newer and older machines. Hours include 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday, or 4:00am to 2:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 1:00am.

This is a Permanent position based out of Milltown, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
