About this Role
Were seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to support our Warehouse Manager in overseeing the organization, logistics, and operational readiness of our warehouse and yard. This elevated role requires a proactive leader with hands-on experience in equipment handling, inventory management, and field support logistics.
Hourly: $28.00 - $30.00 DOE
Prior field experience with drilling equipment as an operator or assistant strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
+ Serve as the primary support to the Warehouse Manager for daily operations and special projects
+ Lead inspection and quality control of drills and tools returning from the field; document and report findings
+ Manage inventory systems, ensuring accurate check-in/out of equipment using job and equipment numbers
+ Oversee warehouse and yard organization, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
+ Rebuild and repair down-hole tooling; maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools
+ Coordinate shipping and receiving, including airfreight logistics
+ Identify and request necessary equipment, parts and supplies
+ Transport vehicles and equipment to repair facilities as directed
+ Prepare and load drilling supplies for current and upcoming field operations
+ Maintain safety equipment and ensure cleanliness and readiness of the Crux fleet
+ Provide mentorship to junior warehouse staff and assist with training as needed
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Fleet Manager
What You'll Bring
+ Class A CDL highly preferred candidates with this qualification will be strongly considered
+ Valid Drivers License required
+ Prior field experience with drilling equipment as an operator or assistant strongly preferred
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
+ Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
+ High attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
+ Flexibility to work weekend shifts as needed
