OPENING DETAILS: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day Work Hours: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (includes half hour unpaid lunch) Salary Range: 55 BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, maintain and perform skilled work in the repair, maintenance and installation of plumbing fixtures and systems; maintain and repair heating, refrigeration and ventilation systems as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Work involves indoor and outdoor environments; subject to lifting, climbing and exposure to fumes and electrical systems of varying voltages.
