CCS Construction Staffing is hiring construction laborers in the Northern Kentucky area for general site work. Immediate need for laborers to assist with moving dirt using wheelbarrows and supporting site prep and cleanup. This is a physically active role-great for dependable, hard-working individuals ready to get started.

Work scope includes:

• Moving dirt using wheelbarrows and manual tools

• Assisting with general site cleanup and prep

• Supporting tradesmen as needed

• Maintaining a safe and clean jobsite

Requirements:

• No trade experience required

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Physically able to handle manual labor and repetitive lifting

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Willingness to follow directions and work in a team environment
