Job overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a licensed journeyman electrician with foreman experience to take a lead role on a full remodel project of an old grocery store in Pflugerville, TX. The selected candidate will assist the general superintendent with overseeing site activity while also working hands-on. This is a high-responsibility role ideal for an electrician ready to step up into a leadership position.

Work scope includes:

• Assisting the superintendent in managing daily operations and crew direction

• Installing floor boxes, switch gears, and service panels

• Roughing in, running and bending conduit, pulling wire

• Performing terminations, installing fixtures, outlets, and switches

• Ensuring work is completed according to code, plans, and deadlines

Requirements:

• Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License

• Prior foreman or lead electrician experience preferred

• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills

• Must have own tools and full PPE

• Ability to work independently and lead a crew when needed

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
