Requirements:

1. Satisfactory physical condition so as to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength.

2. Ability and coordination to operate and care for power equipment and machinery.

3. Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.

5. Ability to establish and maintain working relations with supervisors and fellow workers.

6. A valid New Jersey driver's license.

7. Required criminal history background check.

8. Plumbing experience preferred not required.

Salary and Benefits Information:

Salary range between $51,170 - 62,370
