Manager Construction

Job Summary This position will be responsible for adhering to the policies and procedures established for the Engineering department and will manage operations within the area of specified responsibility. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting in and implementing the plans, goals and objectives, communication, interpretation, and implementation of all tasks related to the policies of the Engineering Department. The Construction Manager will oversee the interior renovations and building of hospital properties. They will work in conjunction with other managers, architects, and construction personnel focusing on specific elements and aspects within each project while being a part of all phases, including planning onset until completion of project. Education High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Some college and/or technical school training preferred pertaining to construction management or interior design.# Experience Proven work experience in construction management. Knowledge of construction processes. Understanding of all facets of the construction process. Familiarity with construction management software packages. Ability to read, interpret and evaluate design/construction drawings.# Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries #
