Dozer Operator for solar project in Santa Teresa, NM. Pay is 35 an hour and 100 per diem Job Description We are seeking a skilled equipment operator to assist in the movement and hauling of dirt, as well as clearing mesas of shrubs, weeds, and cactus. This role involves making roads for a large-scale photovoltaic solar site. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment to move and haul dirt. Clear terrain of shrubs, weeds, and cactus. Construct roads for a large-scale photovoltaic solar site. Essential Skills Proficiency in operating industrial equipment such as Bobcats. Experience in trenching, grading, and digging. Back ground in civil dirt work and equipment operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience operating heavy equipment for civil contractors. Work Environment This position requires working outdoors under varying conditions. The schedule involves working Monday through Saturday, with potential Sunday shifts. You must be able to work at least 10-hour days, sometimes extending to 12 hours if necessary, totaling 60+ hours per week. Flexibility in scheduling is essential. Why Work Here?
