CGI is looking for an experienced Business Architect with deep expertise and understanding of various Credit Card journey's from Card Origination to Servicing, Payments and Rewards.
You will closely work with the client leadership and act as a liaison between the business and technical stakeholders.
Strategic Alignment:
Defining the business architecture blueprint for credit card operations, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy, and translating strategic goals into technical roadmaps. This involves identifying opportunities for innovation and developing models to guide product development.
Strategically guide the design and realization of business and operating models - Leading strategic planning initiatives to develop long-term plans and target states
Architectural Design and Implementation:
Researches and drives architectural designs with solution/domain architects and application teams with respect to various business capabilities for the credit card platform.
Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Working with various stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Also communicate complex technical concepts & processes effectively.
Communicating the business architecture to stakeholders and ensuring its adoption throughout the organization.
Provide ease of access to business architecture information via portals and reporting capabilities.
Change Management:
Support organizational change and investments in response to disruptive forces and toward achieving targeted business outcomes - Drive portfolio shaping initiatives to influence annual budgeting process that further progresses target state vision across the platforms and lines of businesses.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
Analyzing existing systems and processes of the credit card platform to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Ensuring data design for credit card related processes and developing governance frameworks to ensure compliance. Also provide expertise on risk mitigation strategies.
9+ years of Experience in business architecture, with a strong background in both business and technology implementation in the credit card industry.
Deep expertise and understanding of various credit card journeys, from Card Origination to Servicing, Payments, and Rewards. This includes end-to-end card issuing and acquiring process, underwriting, transaction processing, clearing and settlement, statement & payments, credit line management, marketing, pricing, and offer management, Fraud & Risk management, Disputes and Rewards processing.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $173,500.00.
