Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Design Engineer to develop and execute electrical system designs. You will play a key role in generating control panel layouts, schematics, and equipment specifications. The role is onsite and ideal for someone looking to take ownership of multiple projects in a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and layouts including schematics and control panel designs

• Specify and source appropriate electrical components for procurement

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and customers to ensure design accuracy and timeline alignment

• Manage and prioritize multiple active projects simultaneously

• Perform occasional travel to client sites for Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), as needed

• Maintain clear documentation and adherence to industry and internal standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a 2-year technical degree with 35 years of relevant design experience

• Proficiency or strong interest in electrical controls and fluid mechanics

• Demonstrated success managing engineering tasks in a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

• Must reside within 45 minutes of Jefferson, WI

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
