Summary of Job Function

Performs a variety of semi-skilled jobs to maintain the hospital buildings, equipment and furniture in good repair,

Operates boilers and controls generation of a continuous supply of heat to maintain the hospital with heat and hot water, and supply power to machinery and auxiliary equipment,

Job Qualifications Education Training Certification Licensure

At least one year vocational training in one of the major or equivalent trades,

At least two years experience in the related trades or maintenance positions,
