Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Pay: $30$35/hour | Direct Hire

Join a leading construction firm where your administrative skills will help drive high-impact projects across Southern California! We're looking for a Project Administrator to support our project teamsProject Managers, Engineers, and Superintendentsensuring smooth and efficient project execution from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Provide administrative support to keep construction projects on track
Manage communication between project stakeholders and subcontractors
Oversee document control: Subcontracts, Change Orders, POs, Agreements, etc.
Upload, organize, and track documents using CMiC and Procore
Process subcontractor insurance certificates and performance/payment bonds
Support contract approval workflows and compliance documentation
Maintain project directories and emergency contact information
Help prepare meeting minutes and close-out materials (warranty docs, completion certificates)
What You Bring:
BA in Business Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
1+ year of experience in project administration or coordination preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CMiC, Procore, DocuSign, or myCOI is a plus
Valid CA drivers license (must be able to commute to job sites and/or office)
