• Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation

• Lead project teams and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders

• Work on large, notable builds in sectors like healthcare, higher education, and commercial office

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience

• Strong background in ground-up construction

• Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills

• Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and deliver projects on time

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management tools
