Senior Project Manager – Industrial Mechanical Construction Location: Charlotte, NC (Local candidates preferred) Compensation: Up to $110,000 base (depending on experience) + benefits Position Type: Full-Time

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction

• Prior experience operating or supporting industrial plants is a plus

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and piping systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, Bluebeam, and P6

• Experience with Viewpoint preferred; Autodesk is a plus

• Proven ability to manage large industrial projects from planning through execution
