Qualifications:

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
• Field drafting, pipe fitting, or fabrication experience a plus
• Knowledge of piping systems and joining methods
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate fabrication and spool drawings
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed pipe process routing layouts, fabrication drawings, and project documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and construction teams to ensure designs meet project requirements
• Develop bills of materials and prepare material takeoffs for procurement and estimating
• Review and modify shop drawings as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Provide technical support during the construction process and field changes
• Utilize 3D models and scanning technology to produce accurate as-built documentation
• Participate in the design process, offering creative solutions for pre-construction and off-site fabrication
