Project Director – Commercial Mechanical Construction Location: Nashville, TN Compensation: Up to $140,000 base (depending on experience) + benefits Position Type: Full-Time

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction

• Strong background in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems (all are a plus)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, and Bluebeam

• Experience with Primavera P6 preferred

• Autodesk knowledge is a plus

• Strong leadership, budgeting, and project delivery experience
