What You'll Do:
Lead mechanical (HVAC & plumbing) design/build projects from preconstruction through completion
Provide accurate estimates and develop budgets, scopes, and schedules
Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Review drawings, manage design processes, and oversee coordination of all project phases
Ensure quality control, safety, compliance, and profitability throughout each project
What We’re Looking For:
15+ years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, estimating, and project management
Proven expertise in design/build delivery for HVAC and plumbing systems
Deep understanding of preconstruction planning, MEP systems, budgets, and construction sequencing
Strong client communication and team leadership abilities
LEED experience a plus (but not required)
