Company Overview: We are a growing custom sheet metal shop based in Tampa, specializing in the fabrication of high-quality roofing accessories. We're seeking a reliable, hardworking Fabricator to join our team full-time and help meet increasing demand for our custom sheet metal products.

Job Responsibilities:

Fabricate a variety of roofing accessories with precision and attention to detail

Operate basic fabrication tools and equipment

Follow drawn specs, measurements, and job specifications

Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Strong communication skills

Basic math skills

Ability to follow directions and work efficiently

Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus, but not required were willing to train the right person
