Maintenance Technician/Handyman Must Live in Tampa

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician/Handy Man to Service our Properties. This job will include a variety of duties. We need a well-rounded individual who has knowledge of plumbing, electrical and heating systems, small repairs on appliances, painting, ect. Must be able to complete work orders an a timely manner.
