Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Manager, Civil Engineering, Business or related field
• 5 years of experience assisting or supervising construction projects
• Knowledge of building codes/inspection requirements
• Experience with budget estimating and project scheduling
• Experience with Blue Beam, MS Project, Excel
• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
• Take initiative and seek responsibility
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
