Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Interpret and execute construction plans and blueprints with precision.
Coordinate and manage a small crew of carpenters, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
Proven experience as a carpenter with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as measuring instruments.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and building codes.
Leadership skills to guide and motivate a small team.
Execute carpentry tasks with precision and efficiency, including framing, roofing, finishing work, unique builds.
Work independently to manage your schedule and tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards.
Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople and project managers to achieve project goals.
