We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects at our San Antonio location. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Strong Data center experience
• MEP electrical background
• OSHA 10 Certified
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in project management.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam software.

• Experience with strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Coordinate projects and develop detailed plans to achieve goals.
• Direct the integration of technical activities.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
• Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members to ensure project success.
• Review and recommend contracts and cost estimates.
