- Coordinate projects related to concrete aggregate and other products.
- Develop and coordinate safety policies and plans.
- Oversee the execution of program policies.
- Assist in accident investigation and reporting.
- Conduct internal safety audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with MSHA regulations.
- Work with MSHA inspectors during audits.
- Assist in DOT compliance and record keeping.
- Manage documentation, record production, and plant gradation reports.
- Handle administrative tasks, including phone calls.

- 3-5 years of experience in construction
- Proficiency in construction software and project management tools
- 2 years of previous experience in construction, skilled trades, maintenance, or related fields

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret design plans and specifications
- Comfortable working with technology, preferably construction-specific
The role involves 20% onsite visits and is primarily office-based in Ashland, NE. The office environment is well-maintained with nice equipment. The onsite environment can be dusty, dirty, and windy due to gravel, sand, and rock production, but all materials are non-polluting and recyclable.
