Structural Drafter/Revit Technician

What Were Looking For:
Were seeking a detail-oriented drafter with 4+ years of hands-on Revit experience and a solid understanding of how buildings come together. You dont need an engineering degree or EITthough those are welcomebut you do need a sharp eye for construction and structural detailing.

We value team players who are technically savvy, curious, and collaborative. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with both engineers and clients, and is eager to grow along with us.

What Youll Do:
Produce clear, accurate drawings and details in Revit (and sometimes AutoCAD)
Collaborate with engineers and fellow drafters throughout the design process
Follow and contribute to evolving BIM and CAD standards
Support a wide range of projects from concept to construction

Must-Haves:
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Solid computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
Understanding of construction and structural documentation

Bonus Points for Experience With:
Architecture, construction, or engineering industries
Technical hobbies or hand drafting
Navisworks or other BIM tools
Customer service or client-facing roles
