This is a hybrid role based out of Malvern, PA (3 days in office)
The Store Signage Project Manager is responsible for managing the signage program for all existing, and new, CubeSmart stores. This internal role focuses on ensuring timely project completion, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction across the organization. The Signage Project Manager handles the entire project lifecycle, from design to installation, while maintaining effective tracking and reporting systems to communicate program results. Collaboration with internal clients, designers, and fabrication and installation contractors is key to delivering quality signage solutions that meet organizational standards.

Responsibilities- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage scope and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery for all store locations.
- Internal Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Transition, 3 rd Party Management, and Facilities, to support branding initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Design, Fabrication & Permit Coordination: Collaborate with internal marketing, and external signage design teams and fabricators to ensure designs meet project requirements and maintain brand consistency. Expedite permit approvals by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Installation & Repair Management: Oversee the installation process and manage repair and maintenance projects for store signage. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Budget & Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets for signage projects and initiatives. Track and control project costs, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and update project management systems with current progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Vendor & Project Coordination: Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, , managing the RFP process, onboarding, and contract management. Oversee daily project activities to guarantee timely and successful completion.
- File Maintenance & Special Projects: Maintain organized electronic files for each store location and take on additional projects or responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications
- Project Management Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in project management within the retail or signage industries, with a focus on signage.
- Industry Knowledge: Proficient in construction standards, building signage codes and zoning requirements. Experience with retail environments and signage is essential.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with design and installation partners.
- Organizational & Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Service Channel and Asana a plus.
- Retail & Signage Knowledge: Familiarity with retail environments and signage regulations.
