Location: Tampa, FL

Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)

Length: Until end of 2026 (Contract extension expectation)

Pay Rate - $60-90/HR + Enhanced Benefits (Health, PTO, Holiday Pay)

Work Authorization - Must be able to work in the U.S. with approved authorization status

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to lead capital project execution within our pharmaceutical manufacturing site . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction and design management , and a deep understanding of cGMP facilities and infrastructure projects. This role will support the full project lifecyclefrom early design through construction and close-outensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience managing complex engineering and construction projects within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry .
  • Strong background in design coordination, capital projects, utilities, construction management, and regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, etc.).
