Commercial Plumber

Ready to take your plumbing skills to the next level? We?re seeking dependable and experienced commercial plumbers to join our team for a restaurant project we have located in The Villages. If working Monday through Friday sounds like your idea of a good time, keep reading! Monday - Friday; 7 am - 3:30 pm with over time as needed Weekly Pay (Every Friday because you deserve it!)

Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation and layout of plumbing systems during the 2nd rough phase of multi-family construction
• Interpret blueprints and work with the project team to ensure work meets code requirements
• Collaborate with other trades and project leads to keep the project flowing smoothly
• Maintain safety standards at all times (because nobody likes an unexpected shower)
• Tackle other duties as assigned?teamwork makes the dream work!

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a commercial plumber
• Hands-on experience with new construction plumbing, particularly multi-family or large-scale projects a huge plus
• Ability to work from blueprints and technical drawings
• Solid communication skills and a get-it-done attitude
• Must have your own tools and proper PPE
• Dependable, punctual, and not afraid of a little overtime
