Production Fabricator**
**Job Description**
Join a leading manufacturer of structural steel beams as a Production Fabricator in our re-bar department. Contribute to the creation of metal cages and rails essential for directing concrete in construction projects. This position offers a dynamic work environment with exposure to outdoor conditions. This is a 1st shift role M-F.
**Responsibilities**
+ Fabricate rebar cages and rails for directing concrete flow.
+ Utilize mechanical and carpentry skills to assemble and fit components.
+ Operate industrial saws, drills, and power tools safely and efficiently.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
+ Use overhead cranes for material handling.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
+ Mechanically inclined with proficiency in using hand tools and air tools.
+ Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
+ Proficient in basic shop math, including adding fractions and converting fractions to decimals.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience working in outdoor environments.
+ Background in construction and carpentry.

**Work Environment**
Work primarily in the re-bar department located at the back of the building, with frequent exposure to outdoor weather. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule, from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The role involves wearing appropriate safety gear and following all safety protocols.

This is a Permanent position based out of Gahanna, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
