Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Construction Safety Director to lead all safety operations across multiple projects in the greater Atlanta area. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can build a culture of safety excellence, ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols, and effectively mentor field teams. for this position...the candidate has to have OSHA 500. 8+ years of safety experience. Must to be from a general contractor...no subs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and compliance
- Expertise in Occupational Health and Accident Investigation
- Experience in Construction Safety practices
- Strong background in developing and conducting Training programs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA500 or OSHA510
- Bachelor’s degree in safety management, Occupational Health, or related field are a plus
