SALARY: The Salary Range for this position is $26.45 - $31.00 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments, to ensure the proper functioning of equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment failure and extend equipment lifespan
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical problems
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Prior experience in facilities maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
