Concrete Laborer

Duties & Responsibilities

Understand and adhere to all company safety procedures and participate in regular periodic Environment, Health, and Safety training sessions.

Prepare worksite for new concrete pour or placement.

Familiarity with concrete forming molds and processes.

Ability to pour and level concrete surfaces.

Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure the surface of the concrete.

Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete.

Operate and maintain hand tools, mechanical systems, and other machines.

Patching of existing surfaces.

Keep the worksite clean.

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Valid Driver's License

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Able to work a flexible work schedule with varying days and hours, including call-ins.

Able to work outdoors in all seasons and work at heights.

Able to climb ladders and stairs, and lift up to 100 lbs.

Able to communicate well with others.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting wage range for this position is $23-$27/hour, with potential adjustments based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

• Provides 60% of earnings, to a maximum monthly benefit of $5,000
