Silverman Mechanical II LLC. is seeking HVAC/Plumbing Technicians in Sullivan County.
The HVAC/Plumbing Technicians are responsible for diagnosing common and diverse plumbing, electrical, and HVAC emergencies efficiently and accurately.
Other responsibilities may include:
Diagnosing and repairing issues with heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems.
Replacing parts as necessary.
Providing detailed service reports.
Installing and maintaining HVAC systems, including ductwork, air handlers, compressors, and thermostats.
Conducting routine maintenance checks.
Responding to emergency service calls.
Maintaining accurate documentation.
Provide clear communication with customers explaining and educating them.
Major Skills required to do job.
Sweat a piece of pipe
Understand basic electric
Understand Water Distribution
Knowledge of Heating Systems
Must be motivated and willing to continue to learn and able to improve on technical skills
Good Communication
Requirements:
Clean Driver's License
Own vehicle
High School Diploma/GED
Shift, Salary, and Benefits: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, First Shift, Candidate must be willing to work outside these hours for emergencies. $20.00 to $50 hourly depending on experience, Benefits include paid vacation, paid sick leave, Holidays, and 401k/Retirement.
