An electrician at McMarro Family Restaurants is part of a facilities team. The team as a whole play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of 46 McDonalds restaurant. Our electricians focus on the maintenance and repair of various restaurant equipment and the electric needs of our buildings. This job requires our electricians to drive to different locations daily, work during different hours of the day and different days of the week.
Responsibilities
Job Scope to Include any or all of the following for Commercial and/or Residential Projects:
Running & Pulling Wire
Running & Bending Conduit
Installing Lights & Outlets
Proper PPE must be worn
Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements
Perform general maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and malfunctions
Assist in developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Complete daily work assignments accurately and in a timely manner
Analyze repair requests, troubleshoot issues, and execute necessary fixes
Conduct installations, assembly, fittings, repairs, and replacements as required
Handle emergency maintenance and repair tasks efficiently
Maintain an adequate stock of materials and equipment to prevent shortages or excess inventory
Keep detailed records of daily maintenance activities
Qualifications
State Certified
2+ Years of Electrical Experience
Possession of or ability to obtain a California Class C drivers license and a satisfactory driving record is required
Knowledge of: methods, materials, tools and equipment used in general electrical work
Ability to: prepare and interpret blueprints, schematic diagrams and sketches; prepare cost and material estimates; perform mathematical calculations, communicate effectively orally and in writing; understand and follow oral and written directions; keep accurate records; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Work at heights; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, operate power tools and equipment, physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks and remain active throughout shifts
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color perception and the ability to adjust focus
