What You'll Do: As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Operating and monitoring production machinery (blending, capsule, packaging, and labeling machines) Performing basic troubleshooting and changeovers between product runs Cleaning and sanitizing equipment before and after shifts Loading and unloading materials and finished products Conducting visual inspections and using measuring tools to ensure quality standards Documenting production data and performing rework as needed Supporting food safety and product quality initiatives What You Bring: A strong work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of production operations (we'll train you!) Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
