Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Architect to lead the governance and architecture of grocery selling user experiences. This role will serve as the on-site architectural lead for all frontend use cases, collaborating across multiple teams and product roadmaps to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in frontend technologies, UI design patterns, and modern web protocols.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide architectural leadership and governance for frontend experience solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive user experience architecture
Develop and enforce UI design patterns such as MVC, VIPER, and other best practices
Ensure secure and scalable frontend development practices including HTTPS, WebSockets (WS), and MQTT
Drive the adoption and utilization of Progressive Web App (PWA) principles and standards
Align frontend solutions with enterprise architectural principles and industry standards
Mentor engineering teams and provide oversight during implementation
Required Skills:
5-10 years of experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer or Frontend Architect
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
Deep understanding of architectural patterns including MVC and VIPER
Experience designing and implementing Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)
Proficiency with frontend protocols and standards such as HTTPS, WebSockets (WS), and MQTT
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and component-based architecture
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in e-commerce or grocery retail solutions
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks
Exposure to cloud-native frontend deployments
Certifications:
Relevant frontend or architectural certifications are a plus
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
